Please come to our end of year PTA General Meeting on Friday 17 May 4:00—5:00 PM in the library. We will serve coffee, tea and sweet treats and talk about PTA events, plans and grants. This is also the time for you to meet the Executive Team and put forward any questions and/or ideas you may have. Babysitting services for children grade five and below are kindly offered by our student council in room 61 for the duration of the meeting. The student council kindly asks parents to observe the following when accepting their services:

Calling all talented students, parents and staff! Can you sing, dance or play an instrument? Do you have a talent for acting or telling jokes? We are seeking performers of all kinds for this year's Spring Festival, to be held at ICS on Saturday 27 April from 12-4pm. Interested students can contact Ms. Joanne King by email. Inspired by a marvelous International Day, the PTA had an idea! Why not we collect and publish all the lovely recipes for dishes from our various home countries? The book will make a nice gift and a wonderful memory to take away when you leave ICS. Before we can go ahead and create this great cook book, we need one or two creative minds to help edit and design the book. If you think this sounds like a good idea and you think it could be a job for you please contact PTA secretary Liza Bates, by email.

The second Spring Festival planning meeting will take place on Tuesday 26 February at 8:00 AM at the upper field snack area. Although most positions have been filled, we still have a few vacancies awaiting for energetic and fun parents to join.
