Yoga Weekend and Reggae Dance Workshop 

Yoga teacher Emily Gilchrist and reggae dance teacher Zela Gayle host a yoga/reggae weekend from 23-25 March at Elame Lodge Debre Zeit.

The weekend will consist of three yoga workshops, a yoga nidra (deep relaxation) workshop and a reggae dance workshop. All food will be fresh, wholesome and vegetarian served with freshly prepared fruit juices.

This lush and leafy lodge is situated next to Lake Babogaya and is run by a very hospitable Ethiopian gentleman.  The experience of the lodge and its outstanding gardens are truly inspiring and make the perfect setting for a Yoga and Reggae dance retreat!
