Important Notices for All Parents 

Business Office
The tuition and fee bills for the first semester have been sent home with students on 19 August 2010, or by email for those who requested the bill electronically. Please check with your youngest child for a hard copy of the invoice. If you do not find one, please feel free to contact the ICS Business Office and a copy will be provided. Please note that the payment for the entire first semester tuition and fees must be paid by 25 August 2010 for returning students and by 8 September 2010 for new students. If you already have paid the fees mentioned above, please kindly disregard this memo. However, we kindly request your assistance in providing proof of payments so that we allocate unidentified deposits with proper charges.

Library News and Hours
The ICS library would like to welcome both new and returning families and encourage you to take advantage of our collection. The library is open Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM–5:00 PM and on Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 noon. ICS parents can set up accounts with us and borrow up to 15 items at a time, both for sharing with their children and for themselves. Most of the time, the library is quite busy with students, but parents can come to the library and take advantage of our wireless access.

ICS Cafeteria Information
ICS provides an on-campus cafeteria for students and parents to enjoy. The goal is to provide a variety of healthy and tasty food for the ICS campus. Arcoboleno (a restaurant/catering company in Addis Ababa) provides food service for a buffet lunch as well as a Fast Food window for additional service hours and food choices. The weekly buffet menu is included with the Yezare, as well as on the ICS website and outside the cafeteria. Click here to see next week’s menu.

• Grade 6 to Grade 8: 40 Birr
• Grade 9 to Grade 12 & Adults: 45 Birr

You may purchase buffet lunch tickets at the Fast Food window.

Sunday: Closed except for school events

Early Release Every Wednesday at 2:00 PM
A reminder to parents: all students in kindergarten to grade 12 are released at 2:00 PM every Wednesday, beginning on 18 August. Early childhood students will finish at 12:00 PM as usual. A sign will be posted at the front gate every week, to remind drivers and students.
