Welcome back to school after a well deserved and restful holiday. I hope that you all are ready for the final quarter of the year. With only ten weeks until summer, it is time to begin thinking about possible summer courses for pre-IB and IBDP students. These courses are recommended for all students, and can be very valuable learning experiences, leading to increased motivation, greater understanding of key concepts, and improved academic performance.

Oxford Study Course, Ltd., is a private firm specializing in revision courses for IB diploma students. Courses are available in virtually every IB subject, and may be taken over the summer in Oxford, UK, Boston, US, and Vancouver, Canada. The courses offer an excellent opportunity for students to gain a competitive edge, review key concepts and skills, and practice assessments for the IB diploma. In addition to the bricks and mortar schools, OSC also offers a range of online courses to support student learning in the IB.

OSC IB study courses are not only for current IB students, they also offer summer programs for pre-IB students. So, if your child is in grade ten this year, attending such a summer session is a very good idea.
