Zerihun Assefa

MS Lab and Teaching Assistant

My name is Zerihun Assefa , a married Ethiopian and a father of 2 little girls. As of last year, I am working as a TA/Lab assistant in Grade 6. It is my 6th year in ICS now.

I have 2 degrees, one in Biology and another one in Pharmacy. Currently, I am a graduating class student for my M.SC in Education from Suny-buffalo(NYU) off campus Programme. Prior to my coming to ICS, I had worked for 7 years as a High school Biology teacher and then as a senior Microbiological quality analyst for 6 years in a a pharmaceutical firm where I acquired a lot of practical laboratory experience.
I am very excited when my students are striving and feeling successful as an individual in their studies. I love playing table tennis.
