Paige Bostrom

EAL Intern

My name is Paige Bostrom, otherwise known as Miss Paige, and I am a teacher intern with EAL this fall. I will be working with Miss Kerry in the Elementary School and with Miss Susan in the Middle School until December. I am thrilled to work with the students here at ICS, and although my institution is the University of Northern Iowa, right now I am an eagle! At UNI, I was involved with International Student activities involving conversation and building relationships. My home is on a farm outside the small of town of Radcliffe in Iowa, USA. Therefore, I am becoming familiar with city life and life abroad. I believe it is very important to better understand the different backgrounds as well as transitions that students and their families experience in life, no matter where they are in the world. Cultures, languages, and particularly the people who make them wonderful are my passion. As much as I am eager to work with the students and faculty at ICS, I am also eager to learn from everyone!
