Grade 3

This is my third year at ICS and my fourth year in Ethiopia. I’ve been teaching for over 11 years and proud of it!! Before arriving in Ethiopia, I worked in the Brooklyn N.Y. Public School system for eight years. I then worked for Sanford International British School here in Addis. This year I’ll be teaching third grade. I have a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Elementary Education and I am currently pursuing a second masters in Interdisciplinary Studies at SUNY Buffalo. My wonderful Ethiopian husband and I enjoy traveling and cooking vegetarian meals together. I love Ethiopia and it has become my new home (for now). Teaching is my passion and I looking forward to another productive and exciting year at ICS.
