Leslie Fahr

Grade 2

Hi I am Leslie Fahr, originally from Canada. I have lived in Ethiopia for 6 years. My husband is Ethiopia and we have a four–year-old boy (almost five) and a one-year-old baby boy, who started walking! This is my fifth year at ICS teaching Grade 2. I taught EAL K-2 at Future Talent Academy in Addis Ababa, after leaving Australia where I worked as a Youth Counselor. I taught EC-2 in Semarang, Indonesia for one year before that in a private school. I helped them to develop curriculum and criteria for each grade. In Canada I was a Youth Worker for 10 years for all ages. I have a strong counseling background and am presently completing a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I really enjoy teaching and working with children in general. See you on Campus.
