Jessica Fortin
Registrar, Admissions and Alumni Coordinator
This is my fifth year at ICS as the Admissions and Alumni Coordinator. I enjoy working with families new to ICS and to Ethiopia as well as with many of our alumni who are living all over the world. I want to make the transition to ICS as easy as possible for our new families.
I was born and raised in Snowville, New Hampshire in the US, and attended university in the same state, graduating with a BA in Environmental Studies. After a year of working in my field, I decided it was time to leave NH and spent a year volunteering in rural Kenya. Upon returning to the US, I migrated to the opposite coast and worked as an Admissions Associate in a private high school in San Francisco for two and a half years, before returning to Africa. I have been fortunate to be able to build on that experience here at ICS.
As an avid ultimate frisbee player, my husband Brian Greenough (HS History) and I organize pickup games every Sunday throughout the year. Beginners are welcome! When not playing ultimate, I like reading, eating and playing games.
