Alex Lancia

MS Physical Education

My name is Alex Lancia. I have the proud distinction of being an ICS alum, teacher, parent, and spouse. I have a BA degree from Duke University and am currently pursuing a Masters in Education from George Mason University as well as the IB Award Level I certification through the International Baccalaureate Organization.  

This year I am teaching middle school PE and look forward to putting into practice some of the new teaching pedagogy that I have been exposed to during my recent professional development.  

When not teaching I enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my family, playing and coaching tennis, and planning my round the world sailing adventure.
