In this week's community time, students reviewed their report cards and created effort goals for this semester and chose specific action steps, which will be reviewed in January. Please ask your child about their goals and how you can support them in following through on their action steps.
We’ve had great attendance at conferences thus far. If you were unable to meet with a particular teacher, please email them directly or contact the Middle School Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
Our twice a week physical fitness program for students starts on 25 October when we return from break. For the first 30 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, students will be involved in physical activity and this year we have changed the format to include more student choice in activities. Students filled out a survey to determine their top choices and although they may not always get them, we are endeavoring to ensure they get a variety of activities over the quarter. A huge Thank you to Mrs. Milone who has led the change to this program.
