Community Time

This week in community time, students took part in a brief "Welcome Back" assembly to encourage a thoughtful start with a growth mindset into Semester Two. After this, students participated in their house groups in a series of relay challenges. From Hula hoop to skipping ropes, houses competed to see how teamwork and dexterity skills could win them the prize! Well done to all!

Effort and Action Steps

Students had the chance to analyze their reports this week and look at their effort grades from last quarter to see their progress and areas that need further attention. Students are encouraged to keep their Action Steps in mind so they can take their learning to the next level by employing effective strategies as a learner! Ask your child what their action steps are and how these are helping them improve as scholars!

Water Bottles

Please remind your child to bring a reusable water bottle to school each day in order to stay hydrated. The weather is dry at the moment and students need regular reminders to drink water. Please assist from home by reminding them to bring a water bottle each day.
