ICS High School Final Exams
Final exams for all High School students take place from May 31 to June 6. Please see the Final Exam Schedule in order to be aware of when your children take their exams. Note that students are not required to be on campus in the mornings until 9:40 am during the Exam period and that dismissal is at 3:20 pm as it is normally. If a student has only one exam and it ends at 12:00, then the student is expected to leave campus at that time. If a student takes an afternoon exam and not a morning exam, the student should not arrive at school before 1:00 pm.
As we approach the end of the year, please ensure that your children are well rested and prepared for these final assessments. Please also note that exams may not be given early for any reason, and all students MUST attend the final exam. Please do communicate with the High School Office if you anticipate that your child will be absent during the final weeks of the year. Please address all questions regarding final exams to Mr. Kevin Hewitt, High School Assistant Principal.
All Library materials must be returned By June 2. We will not issue student reports or transcripts until all Library materials have been returned. For any inquiries about Library returns, please contact Kim Tyo-Dickerson, MS/HS Librarian.
Final Reports and Transcripts
Final reports will be issued on Friday, June 9 and emailed to parents. We are not able to produce reports earlier. Transcripts for departing students will also be available at that time.
