Welcome to ICS!

My name is Paula Rondeau Cline. This is my second year at ICS and my first international teaching experience. I have taught many years in both Oregon and California. My experience ranges from Kindergarten through 12th grade working with Special Education students. I have a Masters in Special Education, a Reading Credential, and a Multiple Subject Elementary Credential. My passion in education centers around helping students develop their confidence as a learner.

I have two wonderful children of my own. My daughter and her husband live in Oregon with their many cats. This year my son will be in the 11th grade here at ICS.

During my spare time I enjoy reading, sewing, traveling, and animals of all kinds. Ian and I have two dogs with us: Socks and Serenity.
