The laughter from the One Act play could be heard from way outside the gym on Wednesday and Friday the 4th and 6th of May, 2011 at ICS.

Spring Carnival took place on Saturday (May 7, 2011) at ICS. Kenny Allen was the M.C. and there were many fun activities organised by the PTA (Parent Teacher Association).
"I loved painting the small kid's faces, except for when they ask for something hard to paint," Afshana a seventh grader said.
Kenny Allen is a local DJ in Addis Abeba.

This spring, 40 ICS students participated in the Switzerland ski trip. Student
s from grades 5 to 11, from all levels of skiiing, traveled to Anzere, Switzerland for one week of skiing.
Max a seventh grade student said, "It was fun, and since all the chaperone
s are there it feels safe." This trip was one way some studedents dedcided to spend thier Spring break.

A tennis tournament was held at ICS. It started on the 3rd of Febuary and ended on the 6th of Feburay. The tennis teams felt vey honored and welcomed to participate in the tennis tournament. ICS has hosted the tournament for now two years. These competitions are very tense and take a huge amount of focus.
